Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Journals):

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once materials are delivered.

Coaching Calls / Masterclasses:

You may cancel or reschedule your coaching call up to 24 hours in advance. No refunds are given for missed sessions or last-minute cancellations.

Retreats (Private or Group):

Refund terms are shared privately upon application. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
